This Tom Hams Lighthouse wedding is one to remember! We met Emily and Danny last February for their engagement session with us at Black’s Beach in San Diego, California. Immediately, we knew that they were going to be wonderful to work with. As a couple, the pictures tell it all with this one. These two are absolutely stunning together and their personalities also align so well. No wonder they have been together since high school!
We were able to fly back out to San Diego this August and photograph their beautiful wedding with their closest friends and family. Although, it’s not the 200 guest count wedding that they had originally planned, it still ended up being absolutely breathtaking in every way.
Emily wears a beautiful Justin Alexander Signature gown and it is truly perfect for her. Their ceremony takes place at St. Joseph Cathedral in San Diego and the reception is held outside of Tom Ham’s Lighthouse. The reception location overlooked the city skyline and we were right on the ocean line.
The following morning, Emily and Danny woke up at 6:00am like champions for an epic sunrise day after session at Sunset Cliffs. As you will see below, it did not disappoint. In addition, the weather is perfect with a light breeze. There is barely anyone in sight as we have the entire area to ourselves.
We kept telling them that it would be worth it once they saw the photos, and it most definitely was! Hopefully they were able to get a good nap in afterwards. We wish them all the best in their future together as husband and wife.
